Scope and Definitions
1. License and Use
By accepting The Terms User is granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to view The Website and navigate The Website via the provided internal and external links.

At any time without notice Northstate may terminate User's license to The Website and remove any content posted by or in relation to the User. Upon written notice of Termination User must destroy any copy they had of The Website and cease to access and use The Website.
2. Services Provided
Northstate makes a best effort to provide availability of The Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At times the site may need to be taken down for maintenance at which point Northstate will provide notice via either a posting on The Website or an email to registered users of the approximate time and duration of the outage.
